- Former NYPD Blue star Kim Delaney has been arrested for drunk driving. Police arrested the former TV detective at her home in Malibu, California, on Saturday night after a witness called them to report an erratic driver. Delaney, 40, was arrested without incident and released from jail on Sunday morning. The actress is due to appear in court on drunk driving charges in February.
