Sela Ward's mother, Annie, died in early 2002 while battling ovarian cancer. Sela's father, Granberry, is still alive but battling cancer as well.
She appeared in The Muppets' "She Drives Me Crazy" music video.
Was considered for the role of Megan Donner on "CSI: Miami" (2002) but turned it down.
Is an initiated sister of Chi Omega Fraternity
